An inquiry is not a booking
Sending the contact form requests a conversation, not a confirmed appointment, binding quote, or contract. We confirm service availability, site access, scope, materials, price, payment arrangements, timing, permits, and any applicable warranty in a written estimate or agreement before work begins.
Estimates and project conditions
An initial discussion may not identify all site conditions. Final scope and pricing depend on the agreed assessment and written terms. Additional work and changes should be agreed in writing. Project cancellation, refunds, scheduling, and warranty provisions are governed by that agreement and applicable law.
Communication
When you ask us to respond, we may contact you using the details you provide to discuss your request, estimates, scheduling, project progress, invoices, or related support. We do not treat an inquiry as consent to unrelated marketing. Providing an optional phone number allows us to discuss the inquiry by phone; it is not enrollment in automated marketing texts.
